I have lived my entire life in the Grand Rapids area and am proud to raise my family here while providing beautiful, healthy smiles in the community where I grew up. When I’m not creating smiles, I enjoy snow skiing, biking, wakeboarding, and wave surfing. I also love traveling with my wife, Dr. Beth, and our four children: Madison, Daniel, Aiden, and Caroline.
Education
I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Michigan in 1992 and completed a general practice residency at the University of Michigan Medical Center in 1993. I also attended the University of Michigan for my specialty education, completing my Master’s degree in Orthodontics in 1996. I started my orthodontic practice in 1996 and begin each day with my personal mission statement: to welcome staff and patients into my office with honesty, commitment, and a “do what it takes” attitude.
